When you decided to actually believe that getting in shape, was the right thing to do, what was the idea behind that change in your mentality?
For me it was the understanding that the people who were in shape that I envied are 99% the same as I biologically, and that the difference between their health/physique was all about the actions that they took and the consistency in which they took those actions. That is all. Which lead me to believe that I could have the same physique, and strength as the people I looked up to, if I just took action and continued to take action towards that goal.
This has proven to be true, as I have lost over 55 pounds, and again have defined abs, and more muscle than when I was a young adult. All from just taking the same actions over and over and over again.
